Yesterday, I encountered,
     I finally understood --
                                           Pita: fire.
Moderate the heat,
     The passion...the desire.

Cooling mints, cardamon,
     Cucumber...green and soothing.

Repetitive modal harmonies,
     Harness slow moving undercurrents.

Dive deeply into many pasts,
     Unleash the growth awaiting there for release.

Embrace those nearest me,
     Seek, deliver the balance for which they crave.

Cool waters remove excessive heat,
     Freeing my soul to find it's release...it's fire.
